It was in a nice and perfect location with Roma Termini railway nearby. Was set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were very very helpful and superbly friendly.

Greatly enjoyed every detail about my real good 1 night stay here. The staff was FRIENDLY, and the rooms were well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The position was convenient, minute walk from a train station. I needed 10 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.

missingWrote a review on 17 Novgreat locationcrowded bathroomspoor soundproofing
The location near Termini station offered easy transport access.
The shared bathrooms were quite crowded, leading to long waits and discomfort. I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing in the rooms as I could hear conversations from other guests clearly. To top it off, our room's amenities were lacking, as the bed was uneven and the shower head wasn't properly mounted.

missingWrote a review on 28 Octprivate bathroomfunctional roomnoise issues
Double Room with Private Bathroom offers decent comfort for a couple, especially with the private bath facility. The room's layout is simple but functional was great.
Noise levels in the building can be problematic. Shared areas unavoidably echo with conversations and parties from other guests, impacting privacy. Soundproofing is lacking. You'll hear everything from neighboring rooms and even the adjacent apartment. The bed leaned towards the middle, indicating it needs replacement. The absence of a kitchen or kettle limits food preparation convenience. A microwave is the only appliance available for quick meals.

The staff provided a warm welcome. The air conditioning in our spacious quadruple room was perfect for the summer heat, and we appreciated the fresh towels daily. On the downside, the communal kitchen was often messy, and the lack of mirrors in the room made it inconvenient for getting ready. While the location near the station was convenient, the noise from other guests sometimes disrupted our peace.

pleasant stay with a few quirks
The host was very accommodating and let us check in early after our train arrival. The location near Termini was ideal for transportation, yet the room was surprisingly quiet. The city view from our room added a lovely touch to our stay.
The bathroom was smaller than expected but functional.

It was just a fine choice for a fleeting pause in Rome with really good value. The simple layout of the room made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Bring earplugs as the noise can get loud at night.

The Quadruple Room was spacious. The air conditioning worked great, a lifesaver during the hot days. Plus, the private bathroom was super big and very clean. Just wish the furniture, especially the beds, weren't so worn-it seemed a bit outdated. A really nice stay with some quirks!
